Redwood Bear Lodge BBQ Night

$20Our sixth BBQ will be Prime Rib night.
When: Saturday, September 21, 2024
Time: 4:30 bar opens and dinner at 5:30pm – Please try to arrive early for parking and check in when you arrive to get your tickets
Cost: $20.00 Adults/$10.00 Kids (3 to 15)
Cooks (Fred Nesbitt, Dee, Duane Gavin, Tim Olson and Teresa)
Menu:
· Carved Horseradish Garlic Rosemary Encrusted Prime Rib with Tuacca Demi Sauce -Carving Station Chef Fred Carving
· Roasted Garlic Red Potatoes
· Italian Local Sauté Vegetables with White Wine Reduction
· Italian Penne Salad with Pepperoncini, Salami, Pepperoni, Bell Peppers, Red Onion, Artichoke Hearts, Olives and Parmesan
Cheese
· Caesar Salad
· Dessert is either Lemon or Chocolate (TBD)
Appetizers will be served – Bruschetta, Fruit Plater and Bar Snacks
Please RSVP by Wednesday September 17th as we plan on purchasing the food and supplies
Wednesday September 18th in the morning.
We will have a raffle, and the Grand Prize will be a private dinner for 2 prepared by Chef Fred Nesbitt, dinner needs to be local for travel reasons
Volunteers are always welcomed. (Need help with washing dishes, serving and hauling away garbage)

RSVP is a must and include your name and the number in your party and also if you are bringing children.
BBQ policies:
Dogs are not allowed in the cooking areas (kitchen & BBQ area)
Dogs must be on a leash in the lodge
Mis-behaved dogs will be asked to leave
Please keep the cooking areas clear for the cooking crew
